Venturi’s success is founded on three guiding principles:

Commitment to our Employees
Focus on our Customers
Support of our Community

Venturi’s Brighter Day Employee Fund is a non-profit corporation created to accomplish one simple goal:   To give Venturi employees the opportunity “to do our share to support non-profit organizations within our local community through service and monetary donations”.

Employees give their time, skills and financial resources to help children and families in need, assist the mentally and physically disabled, and support diverse local charities. Venturi and our employees are privileged to be able make life better for others.

Venturi views our 100% employee-funded Brighter Day Fund as one of our greatest successes and lasting legacies. Since the fund’s inception in April 2007, Venturi employees have contributed over $800,000 and provided numerous hours of service to dozens of local charities.

In 2015, Venturi celebrated surpassing $500,000 in total Brighter Day Grants by documenting the Brighter Day impact on some of our local non-profit organizations.

In addition to the employees giving through the Brighter Day Employee Fund, Venturi corporately gives time and financial resources to many causes, charities and non-profit organizations. Venturi’s commitment to enhancing our communities is evidenced by what we do and the importance we place on giving back.
