Welcome
Venturi knows … OUR PEOPLE ARE OUR STRENGTH
Venturi’s success is founded on three guiding principles:
Commitment to our Employees
Focus on our Customers
Support of our Community
The Venturi Brighter Day Employee Fund is a non-profit corporation created to accomplish one simple goal: To give Venturi employees the opportunity “to do our share to support non-profit organizations within our local community through service and monetary donations.”
Employees give their time, skills and money to help children and families in need, assist the mentally and physically disabled, and support diverse local charities. Venturi and our employees are excited to take advantage of every opportunity to improve life for others.
Venturi views our 100% employee-funded and operated Brighter Day Fund as one of our greatest successes and lasting legacies. Since the fund’s inception in April 2007, Venturi employees have contributed over $1,000,000 and provided thousands of hours of service to dozens of local charities. Many of these dollars were given in years when the company had only thirty to seventy employees. Now that Venturi, LLC. has over 200 employees, we look forward to donating our next $1,000,000 much sooner than the fourteen years needed to give the first $1,000,000. We are proud of reaching the $1,000,000 mark for our grants, and we look forward to future chances to brighten days for others.
In addition to employee contributions to the Brighter Day Employee Fund, Venturi corporately gives time and financial resources to many causes, charities and non-profit organizations. Venturi’s commitment to enhancing our communities is evidenced by what we do and the importance we place on donating our time, talent, and financial resources to improve life for others.
Venturi, LLC is a Small Disadvantaged Business, wholly-owned by the Chenega Corporation, an Alaskan Native Company. Venturi operates under the Military, Intelligence and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit of Chenega Corporation.
